We believe that our villas are excellent value for money, and from the outset we have been keen to make sure that our pricing is fair to families and smaller groups.

Our pricing is the same whether you choose to stay in Villa Ata or Villa Oya - and we don’t increase our prices at half-term weeks or Easter!

Here are some examples of what a holiday at Villa Oya or Villa Ata might cost......

May - party of 4 for a week - Villa £500. Add flights ( approx £160 each) and a return taxi transfer (approx £70) and you have a relaxed holiday in a wonderful location for around £300 each.

August - family and friends, party of 7 for a fortnight - Villa £1700. Flights (approx £250 each). Return taxi transfer (£120 - people carrier/minivan). A two-week holiday in high season for around £495 each.

September - party of 2 for a fortnight - Villa £450. Flights (approx £175 each) and a return taxi transfer (approx £70). Lay round the pool, eat what you want when you want for around £435 per person.

June - party of 5 for a week - Villa £600, flights (approx £160 each), return transfer (£100 -  people carrier/minivan). Around £300 each.

We hope that you will agree that both villas are excellent value - if in doubt do a comparison with leading tour operators and villa specialists. Don’t forget to add in the extras!. You will save hundreds of pounds (and in high season £1500 or more) by booking directly with us. The cost of food and drink are considerably cheaper than in the UK. If you require a car, we suggest that you budget for around £140 - £210 a week.
