Getting There
Skyscanner is an excellent website that trawls for the cheapest flights across hundreds of airlines, including most charter flights. Sometimes flying out with one and returning with another is the best price option. Travelsupermarket and Airflights also run similar searches.
Easyjet now fly up to 4 times weekly from Gatwick to Bodrum; they also fly from Stansted, Liverpool and Bristol. Monarch, Thomson, flythomascook, Jet2.com, Aegean, Pegasus and other charter airlines also fly from the UK.
An alternative (particularly off-season) is to travel to Izmir with Easyjet who fly from Gatwick. Turkish Airlines also fly from various UK airports to Izmir. The drive from Izmir is scenic and takes about 3 hours. Easyjet also fly from Gatwick to Dalaman, again a scenic 3 hour drive - flights start at around £90 return. Aegean provide a limited winter service to Bodrum.
Why not add a few days in Istanbul to your holiday, either flying scheduled or with Easyjet or Pegasus? Prices from the UK start at less than £100. Onward flights to Bodrum take an hour, and low-cost flights are available with Turkish Airlines, Atlasjet, OnurAir, Anadolujet and Pegasus. We can assist with advice about flights or hotels for all the above options.

We’ve found Propercar to be reliable and good value. Alternatively, try HolidayAutos or CarRentals.
